Responsibilities
- Develop integrations between source systems and Kinaxis Maestro.
- Design and deliver interfaces between source systems, external manufacturers, and Kinaxis Maestro.
- Adjust Kinaxis data models, data sources, and mappings for solution requirements.
- Configure and operate SAP BTP integrations using synchronous and asynchronous patterns.
- Translate business requirements into technical mappings between SAP and Kinaxis Maestro.
- Define and execute test cases covering mappings, data quality, business logic, and end-to-end integration flows.
- Coordinate integration design and validation among business stakeholders, product teams, solution architects, and SAP development teams.
- Maintain comprehensive integration documentation and ensure consistency with established architecture and standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience with ABAP, SAP BTP, and SAP.
- Deep knowledge of SAP ECC data structures relevant to planning and supply chain.
- Understanding of BAPI-based write paths, direct table manipulation, and associated data-consistency risks.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA data model differences from ECC, including changed table structures and field semantics.
- Hands-on experience building and operating integrations on SAP BTP.
- Practical experience with synchronous API-based and asynchronous event- or queue-based integration patterns.
- Understanding of SAP BTP security models, including OAuth2, principal propagation, and destination services.
- Experience integrating SAP with non-SAP planning systems such as APS systems.
- Strong written documentation skills for integration specifications and handoffs.
- Desirable: direct Kinaxis Maestro integration experience, ECC-to-S/4HANA planning or supply chain migration experience, SAP Master Data familiarity, manufacturing or supply chain experience, and SAP BTP or Integration Suite certification.
