Responsibilities
- Design and implement Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud solutions for agent productivity and customer-facing support.
- Develop custom business logic with Apex and modern UI components with Lightning Web Components.
- Implement OmniScripts and Integration Procedures to streamline business processes, data flow, guided processes, and automation.
- Collaborate with product, UX, QA, and architecture teams to deliver scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
- Own system reliability through root-cause analysis, production troubleshooting, and Salesforce development standards.
- Provide technical leadership through code reviews, documentation, and mentorship.
- Manage Salesforce deployments and release processes across development, testing, and production environments using Copado.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent foundation supporting software engineering and Salesforce development.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud delivering complex enterprise solutions.
- Strong Apex expertise, including triggers, classes, asynchronous processing, and scalable business logic.
- Proficiency building reusable and performant Lightning Web Components.
- Expertise with Salesforce Flows, validation rules, page layouts, and reporting dashboards.
- Expertise designing and maintaining OmniScripts and Integration Procedures and connecting them with backend systems and APIs.
- Experience with REST and SOAP APIs, middleware, data modeling, and data integrity.
- Experience using Copado for Salesforce deployment automation, release management, version control, and CI/CD practices.
- Salesforce certification as a Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer I or II, or Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant.
- Preferred experience with Einstein features, Agentforce tools, and Dynatrace monitoring tools.
