Base Salary
$180k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product and Design to define roadmap and success metrics.
- Work with product managers to prioritize projects and ship incrementally.
- Drive strong delivery practices including planning and continuous improvement.
- Own the technical strategy and architecture for services and APIs.
- Serve as the accountable owner for architecture and system quality.
- Review code and ensure adherence to standards.
- Establish operational excellence for production systems.
Requirements
- 8+ years of backend engineering experience with distributed systems.
- Proficiency in modern JVM ecosystems including Java and Kotlin.
- Expert knowledge of design patterns and microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience with GCP/AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience in developing large-scale system control interfaces.
- Ability to navigate complex technical challenges effectively.
