Base Salary
$125k - $229k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy intelligent agentic systems integrating large language models with enterprise data and workflows.
- Contribute to Retrieval-Augmented Generation applications for delivering contextual insights.
- Build and deploy agents using platforms like Microsoft Copilot and Anthropic Claude.
- Develop conversational agents that address real-world problems and stakeholder needs.
- Collaborate across teams to deliver high-impact features aligned with business goals.
- Drive quality and performance through automated testing and data-driven evaluations.
- Mentor teammates and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8-10+ years of software engineering experience, including 1-2+ years in AI-powered systems.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with languages like C#, SQL, or TypeScript/React.
- Interest in AI enablement and experience with platforms like Microsoft Copilot and Anthropic Claude.
- Skilled in data ingestion and transformation using APIs and ETL pipelines.
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and solve complex problems creatively.
