Responsibilities
- Own technical strategy and define the architecture for Identity's core systems.
- Lead the development of new platforms including the Identity Store and advanced fraud detection pipeline.
- Drive cross-functional alignment and be the primary technical voice in discussions.
- Set engineering standards and mentor senior engineers.
- Ensure reliability, scalability, and security of the systems designed.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in a strategic technical leadership role.
- Experience leading teams on API design and developer products.
- Proven track record of delivering solutions that accelerate business growth.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively.
- Experience with a range of software languages and frameworks, including Ruby and TypeScript.
