Responsibilities

Design and implement backend services for customer-system integration, software updates, fleet orchestration, robot onboarding and provisioning, monitoring, and anonymized data collection.
Develop secure, resilient real-time data pipelines connecting robots, edge devices, and cloud services across connectivity disruptions.
Implement secure, access-controlled on-robot software for teleoperation and assignment execution.
Create performant front-end web applications for robot operators, facility managers, and internal engineers.
Work with customers to understand operational requirements and design solutions that minimize custom tailoring.
Collaborate with Field Operations, Information Systems, DevOps, MLOps, and Platform Software teams.

BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of full-stack software development experience.
Experience developing data-intensive web applications backed by streaming data sources.
Knowledge of front-end web development frameworks such as React.
Knowledge of real-time data pipelines and cloud databases.
Ability to own and drive a large, strategically important development project.
Experience developing scalable multi-agent orchestration software is nice to have.
Awareness of robot-to-fleet-manager communication standards is nice to have.
Hands-on experience operating robot fleets is nice to have.
