Base Salary
$205k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship internal security tooling and automation.
- Implement secure-by-default patterns and libraries.
- Lead security design reviews for new features and integrations.
- Embed security into CI/CD processes and define security controls.
- Train engineers on security practices and promote a security-first culture.
- Secure AI-native development workflows and translate AI risks into controls.
Requirements
- Senior or Staff level experience in software engineering and security operations.
- Hands-on DevSecOps background including CI/CD security and cloud hardening.
- Proven ownership of threat modeling and risk assessment processes.
- Experience building security tooling that is adopted by engineers.
- Hands-on experience with AI development and security.
