Base Salary
$248k - $279k/yr
Responsibilities
- Manage device fleets through versioned, API-driven infrastructure for endpoint configuration and hardware provisioning.
- Automate identity systems and downstream application connections, including SSO, SCIM integrations, and account workflows.
- Build application delivery pipelines and infrastructure-as-code provisioning patterns, establishing CI/CD standards.
- Design and ship APIs, CLIs, and portals that provide self-service workflows and reusable platform primitives.
- Define the technical direction and architecture for the new Enterprise Platform discipline.
- Write RFCs and documentation that establish the foundation for future engineering hires.
Requirements
- 6+ years building and operating production software and systems at a technology company.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and production coding experience with Python, TypeScript, and Rust.
- Hands-on IAM experience with SSO, SCIM, OAuth/OIDC, and RBAC.
- Fluency with Terraform and CI/CD.
- Experience treating endpoint and fleet management as an API-driven engineering surface at scale.
- Experience building self-service tooling that users adopted.
- Ability to own ambiguous projects end to end and work with a founder’s temperament.
- Bonus: hands-on experience with Okta, Jamf, or Intune.
- Bonus: experience with identity and access governance for workload, non-human, or AI-agent principals.
- Bonus: background at a high-growth consumer technology company with a highly technical employee base.

- US base salary range is $248,000 to $279,000.
