Responsibilities

- Guide customers through RFPs, architecture reviews, and proof of concepts.
- Build and maintain showcase implementations and best practice guides.
- Share engineering expertise and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Represent customer requirements to product and engineering teams.
- Mentor the broader Solutions Engineering team.
Requirements
- Experience in enterprise solution selling, particularly with Fortune 500 accounts.
- Strong coding skills in JavaScript, React, APIs, JSON, and Git.
- Exceptional communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Proven discovery skills to uncover customer pain points.
- Familiarity with CMS and content operations.
- A solution-oriented mindset, comfortable leading without a playbook.
