Base Salary
$168k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Gather complex product requirements and transform them into production-ready solutions.
- Define and lead the technical vision and architectural roadmap for the Ads platform.
- Establish engineering practices to ensure high standards for code quality and operational excellence.
- Guide the technical direction of Java backend services and modern web applications.
- Mentor and support the growth of engineers through technical design reviews.
- Incorporate advanced technologies to enhance market intelligence data products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of professional software development experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
- 5+ years of experience with distributed systems and high-volume transaction applications.
- 2+ years of experience with cloud infrastructure technologies like AWS and Terraform.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Outstanding communication skills for articulating technical roadmaps to stakeholders.
