Responsibilities
- Develop and configure AI agents, conversational experiences, topics, prompts, instructions, knowledge sources, grounding mechanisms, actions, escalation paths, and human-in-the-loop processes in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Design and develop Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps with business rules, validations, user experience enhancements, and integrations.
- Develop Power Automate cloud flows, approval workflows, notifications, orchestration flows, custom connectors, and API integrations.
- Develop and maintain backend services and features for Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 workloads.
- Integrate applications with Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, and third-party platforms.
- Configure authentication and authorization through Microsoft Entra ID and Azure services.
- Configure Dataverse tables, relationships, business logic, data integrity, security, and compliance controls.
- Perform unit testing, system testing, user acceptance support, solution deployments, release activities, troubleshooting, and production fixes.
- Implement logging, monitoring, error handling, application lifecycle management, and DevOps processes.
- Produce technical documentation and collaborate in workshops, design discussions, and sprint ceremonies.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft Teams app development concepts.
- Experience developing Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Dataverse solutions.
- Experience integrating Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, external systems, and third-party platforms.
- Experience with backend services, .NET or other coding, JSON serialization, and API development.
- Experience with Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Key Vault, and Managed Identity.
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Familiarity with Git, branching strategies, code reviews, containerization, and cloud-native architecture patterns.
- Ability to perform testing, deployment, troubleshooting, monitoring, and release activities.
- Ability to document technical solutions and collaborate with architects and business teams.
