Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, configuration, integration, and lifecycle management of software applications.
- Act as the primary point of contact and liaison for application-related activities and stakeholder communication.
- Gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Troubleshoot complex application issues and continuously improve application functionality, user experience, scalability, and maintainability.
- Use scripting and automation to streamline workflows within Amazon Connect.
- Participate in team discussions and support junior team members through knowledge sharing and guidance.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Amazon Connect is required.
- Proficiency in Amazon Connect is required.
- Experience with cloud-based contact center solutions and telephony integration is required.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation for Amazon Connect workflows is required.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software components tailored to business requirements is required.
- Strong problem-solving and complex application troubleshooting skills are required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
