Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end Salesforce architecture and implementation.
- Design and develop Apex triggers, classes, and Lightning components.
- Lead custom development efforts in Salesforce.
- Plan and design Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
- Define standards and best practices for Salesforce development.
- Provide effort estimations and architectural guidance for projects.
- Ensure proper documentation and governance for Salesforce enhancements.
- Design integration strategies with other enterprise applications.
- Oversee Salesforce data architecture and migration strategies.
- Mentor and coach developers on Salesforce best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and hands-on training for the team.
- Advocate for technical excellence and secure software development.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency and scalability.
- Participate in product roadmap discussions and architecture review boards.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce technical roadmaps.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize Salesforce capabilities.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development.
- Hands-on experience managing large Salesforce Orgs with 1000+ users.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Salesforce.com certification is required.
- Strong experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
- Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and version control processes.
- Experience with SOAP/REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Exceptional communication skills for teaching and facilitating discussions.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
