Senior Salesforce Solutions Architect - Hybrid

Base Salary
$127k - $215k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related modules.
- Design and develop Apex triggers, Apex classes, Visualforce pages, Lightning Components, and flows.
- Map business requirements to scalable, secure, high-performance Salesforce implementations.
- Define Salesforce development, data modeling, security, governance, documentation, and integration standards.
- Design integration strategies with enterprise applications and oversee Salesforce data architecture and migration.
- Provide effort estimates, architectural guidance, risk assessments, code reviews, training, and technical mentorship.
- Advocate for secure software development, automated testing, CI/CD, version control, and continuous improvement.
- Develop technical roadmaps, participate in architecture reviews and product roadmap discussions, and advise product management on technical strategy.
- Partner with business units, sales operations, customer support, developers, product teams, and other stakeholders to optimize Salesforce capabilities.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, development, and administration.
- Hands-on experience managing large Salesforce organizations with 1,000+ users.
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- A Salesforce certification is required, such as Administrator, Platform Developer, Application Architect, System Architect, or Certified Technical Architect.
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Flow Builder, and integration patterns.
- Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, Git version control, and ALM processes.
- Experience with SOAP/REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Exceptional communication, teaching, facilitation, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certification, Salesforce Certified Architect status, Salesforce Community, Knowledge, Experience Cloud, and Marketo experience are preferred.
