Responsibilities
- Develop React applications using component-based UI patterns, Redux, Hooks, Context API, and reusable stateful logic.
- Build Java Spring Boot server-side applications and APIs with multithreading, JPA-based data persistence, and JMS message-queue connectivity.
- Design, query, and optimize relational database schemas using SQL standards and variations.
- Develop and deliver creative technology solutions supporting State Street’s digital transformation and business capabilities.
- Apply performance optimization and performance tuning practices where needed.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with React JS, Java Spring Boot, SQL, and JMS.
- Proficiency in React component-based UI development, Redux, Hooks, Context API, and Java Spring Boot.
- Experience building APIs, handling multithreading, using JPA for data persistence, and connecting to message queues with JMS.
- Knowledge of SQL database design, querying, and relational schema optimization.
- Preferred knowledge of performance optimization, test-driven development, build tools, and version control systems.
- Good-to-have experience with IBM MQ, Kafka, AI/ML, GitHub Copilot, and performance tuning.
