Responsibilities
- Understand business drivers and analytical use-cases to translate them into data products.
- Explore new technologies and techniques to creatively solve business problems.
- Drive the strategy for better data quality within Pinterest.
- Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines using cloud technology.
- Act as the liaison between business and engineering teams.
- Create data visualizations for easy consumption of insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce relevant data solutions.
- Leverage AI for faster execution and to automate repeatable tasks.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with big data technologies and scripting languages.
- Hands-on experience in data warehouse design and data pipeline development.
- Experience using large language models and developing AI agents.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with senior business leaders.
- Ability to work independently and drive projects end to end.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI to improve workflow efficiency.
- High integrity and ownership in handling sensitive data.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
