Responsibilities
- Build domain-specific large language and multimodal models for e-commerce applications.
- Optimize algorithms for merchant, product, video, livestream, and IPR governance.
- Develop intelligent review systems for rejection reasoning, content moderation, violation detection, and policy recommendation.
- Construct data and improve foundational models using instruction fine-tuning, chain-of-thought methods, and parameter-efficient fine-tuning.
- Research and optimize multilingual, multitask, and multimodal models for e-commerce scenarios.
- Apply model compression and inference optimization techniques, including quantization, pruning, distillation, and inference acceleration.
Requirements
- Strong foundations in machine learning and familiarity with advanced AI technologies.
- Experience training and deploying models with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Understanding of model compression and inference acceleration, including quantization, pruning, distillation, and TensorRT optimization.
- Expertise in at least one area such as computer vision, multimodal learning, or natural language processing.
- Knowledge of big data frameworks such as MapReduce or Spark is preferred.
- Experience with computer vision or multimodal large-model projects, NLP/LLM projects, or e-commerce applications is preferred.
- Knowledge of mixed-precision and distributed training is preferred.
- High-quality academic publications, relevant competition achievements, or publications at conferences such as CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, ACL, or EMNLP are advantageous.
