Responsibilities
- Design, audit, test, and implement cloud security controls and define security requirements for product development.
- Conduct threat modeling and risk assessments, prioritize security risks, and implement mitigations.
- Triage, investigate, and help remediate security incidents while developing runbooks and detection rules.
- Develop and execute penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, and security validation plans.
- Secure the software supply chain and CI/CD pipelines, and implement static and dynamic analysis tooling with automated triage pipelines.
- Educate developers and collaborate with cross-functional and QA teams to integrate security throughout the development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a security engineering role.
- Strong understanding of security principles, practices, and technologies.
- Experience with threat modeling, risk assessment, and security testing.
- Knowledge of security standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and OWASP.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
