Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Drive the development team toward business goals and technical deliverables.
- Develop back-end solutions and capabilities for commercial technologies.
- Mentor junior and less experienced team members.
- Collaborate with product management, software product teams, and innovation architects to define requirements and product architecture.
- Drive designs and technical approaches through Enterprise ARB and Sonexus ARB.
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Build reusable and scalable software.
- Develop innovative technical solutions for complex, large-scope projects.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Expertise in .NET, Java, and associated technology stacks.
- Familiarity with Kafka and/or Camunda preferred.
- Ability to work independently on complex projects and develop solutions to difficult problems.
- Ability to apply comprehensive technical knowledge and mentor less experienced colleagues.
