Responsibilities
- Design and organize deployment of AI workflows and architectures across diverse AI and technology platforms.
- Build agentic AI applications, including agents, tools, prompts, planners, memory systems, and evaluation loops.
- Develop RAG services covering ingestion, chunking, embeddings, indexing, vector search, observability, and guardrails.
- Integrate enterprise APIs, event streams, data sources, AI models, and multi-provider platforms with robust error handling, retries, and fallbacks.
- Write clean, testable code, unit and integration tests, offline and online evaluations, red-team scenarios, and content and action safety boundaries.
- Prototype rapidly, demonstrate solutions, communicate trade-offs, and translate business problems into practical AI solutions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of Java full-stack development experience.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong computer science and software engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and AI APIs.
- Proven ability to build end-to-end applications and integrate AI into enterprise systems.
- A visible portfolio of AI projects demonstrating experimentation and rapid iteration.
- Proficiency in two or more of Python, TypeScript/Node.js, and Java.
- Ability to learn quickly, prototype rapidly, communicate clearly, and translate business problems into practical AI solutions.
- Experience with technologies such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, vector databases, testing frameworks, containers, serverless platforms, or cloud SDKs is relevant to the role.
