Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of large language models for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
- Apply advanced NLP, deep learning, and machine learning algorithms to improve model accuracy and capability.
- Conduct research advancing the state of the art in large language models and contribute to influential papers and projects.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship on model architecture, training techniques, and deployment strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of coding experience with a strong foundation in data structures and basic algorithms.
- Familiarity with NLP, computer vision, and speech-related algorithms and technologies.
- Familiarity with large-scale model training processes.
- Proficiency in C/C++ or Python and fundamental algorithm skills is preferred.
- Experience with influential projects or papers in computer vision, NLP, machine learning, or deep learning is preferred.
- Strong problem analysis, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
