Base Salary
$196k - $223k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable AI agent solutions and conversational workflows based on customer requirements.
- Develop and optimize LLM-driven agent behavior using prompting, embeddings, guardrails, structured workflows, and continuous iteration.
- Design conversational flows, including tone, SSML, logic, and model-friendly interactions.
- Deliver end-to-end integrations between AI agents and enterprise systems such as APIs, CRMs, and backend services.
- Troubleshoot production issues across workflows, integrations, and system behavior.
- Advise customers on AI agent best practices and help scale solutions across use cases.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer teams to support successful delivery and scalability.
- Document best practices and create scalable knowledge and enablement assets.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, ideally involving conversational AI, LLMs, or AI-driven applications.
- Hands-on experience with conversation design and AI agent development.
- Experience with LLMs, prompting techniques such as chain-of-thought and few-shot prompting, and model behavior optimization.
- Experience with APIs, system integrations, and enterprise architectures.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail when designing and refining conversational flows.
- Preferred: experience with A/B testing and AI system performance optimization.
- Preferred: familiarity with contact center technologies, CX platforms, or automation tools.
- Preferred: experience with enterprise software or large-scale system implementations.
