Responsibilities
- Write code daily and deliver business value through hands-on software development.
- Define and drive technical strategy across multiple teams and organization-wide initiatives.
- Lead team architecture and ensure solutions scale globally for enterprise adoption.
- Balance short-term velocity with long-term resilience through trade-offs involving complexity, cost, and scalability.
- Write foundational code, lead design reviews, and refactor key systems.
- Advise leadership and align engineering capacity with market and customer demands.
- Help establish engineering and cultural standards around iteration, action, ownership, and technical excellence.
Requirements
- Typically 10–12+ years of experience as a seasoned technical leader.
- Track record of organization-level or industry-level impact.
- Deep experience with enterprise-scale systems and multi-team architecture leadership.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and detailed technical levels in ambiguous, high-stakes environments.
- Strong sense of urgency and motivation to build a world-class AI platform.
- Alignment with Parloa’s engineering values, including trust, customer focus, integrity, ownership, action, and high standards.
