Base Salary
$179k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and operate the agentic workflow harness, including generator and critic agents, parallel orchestration, and bounded revision loops.
- Integrate the agentic pipeline with the enterprise LLM gateway, handling API calls, rate limiting, backpressure, latency, and quality metrics.
- Lead a portfolio of technology projects and a team of developers working on distributed microservices and full-stack systems.
- Deliver cloud-based solutions in collaboration with digital product managers to support regulatory needs and customer experiences.
- Mentor engineers, contribute to technology communities, experiment with emerging technologies, and establish coding standards and design patterns across teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or a related quantitative field.
- At least 4 years of software engineering experience; internship experience does not apply.
- At least 2 years of experience with public cloud platforms, cloud-based productivity tools, or virtualization technologies.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree, 7+ years coding in more than two listed languages, database experience, cloud experience, open-source contributions, front-end framework experience, API development, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, automated testing, Git-based version control, cloud troubleshooting, observability, AI-based coding tools, mentoring, and leadership of cross-functional engineering initiatives.
