Responsibilities
- Design and build AI-powered workflows and analytics tools for People data.
- Architect solutions integrating platforms like Workday, Greenhouse, and Salesforce.
- Establish CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks for AI systems.
- Define standards for prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks for LLM-based systems.
- Collaborate with People Analytics to ensure high-quality datasets for AI systems.
- Build internal dashboards and automated workflows for operational efficiency.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into technical solutions.
- Design systems for secure handling of sensitive employee data.
- Establish governance standards for AI models and workflows.
- Implement monitoring frameworks to ensure AI systems operate fairly and reliably.
- Document systems and architecture decisions for People AI initiatives.
- Provide guidance and enablement to People teams adopting AI tools.
Requirements
- 7+ years of engineering or data engineering experience, including 2+ years with AI/ML systems.
- Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and LLM platforms or frameworks.
- Experience designing scalable data pipelines and analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of responsible AI practices and data governance.
- Ability to partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
