Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and maintain Atlassian Cloud applications.
- Design and manage Jira workflows, automation rules, and permission schemes.
- Implement and support Atlassian Access for identity federation.
- Manage Confluence spaces, templates, and permissions.
- Develop and maintain automations and integrations using Atlassian APIs.
- Partner with Security and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to requirements.
- Maintain documentation and configuration records for Atlassian environments.
- Monitor system performance and ensure uptime.
- Collaborate with project teams to optimize use cases.
- Provide user support and training for Atlassian tools.
- Support related SaaS integrations as needed.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Atlassian Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Jira project configurations and workflows.
- Experience with Confluence space management and content governance.
- Familiarity with SSO, SCIM, and Azure Entra ID.
- Knowledge of Atlassian Marketplace apps.
- Experience with API integrations or automation scripting.
- Understanding of SaaS governance principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Passion for process improvement and knowledge sharing.
