Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Bring a software engineer's mindset to scaling and workflow automation challenges.
- Build and maintain tools for developers to observe their applications.
- Engineer resilient networking infrastructure for diverse workloads.
- Collaborate with departments on production systems and deployments.
- Support teams with expertise in deployment, configuration, and scalability.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance development speed while maintaining standards.
- Mentor and lead team members to improve overall performance.
- Participate in an on-call schedule to support customer experiences.
Requirements
- Passion for craftsmanship and high standards in software and infrastructure.
- Experience building business-critical software in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to solve complex technical challenges unique to ticketing.
- Experience with Kubernetes, containers, and serverless compute platforms.
- Familiarity with continuous integration, delivery, and code deployment.
- Experience using observability tools for performance improvements.
- Proven ability to improve system architecture and implement recommendations.
