Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain UI-centric software components.
- Collaborate with senior engineers, designers, product managers, business analysts, and global teams.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, platform initiatives, and continuous improvement of engineering practices.
- Provide troubleshooting assistance and root-cause analysis for escalated issues.
- Ensure software quality through test automation and assist with manual testing as needed.
- Participate in the CRD scrum process, including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Recommended 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong React experience and strong engineering fundamentals.
- Java experience is advantageous.
- Experience using AI tools as part of routine development and work activities.
- Financial services experience is a plus.
