Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and support custom software components across systems and applications.
- Develop and maintain Java full-stack applications using frontend, backend, database, cloud, messaging, and container technologies.
- Ensure smooth application operation by troubleshooting issues and optimizing performance across environments.
- Provide technical leadership, make team decisions, and deliver solutions for immediate and cross-functional teams.
- Manage support processes, work in shift rotation, and handle on-call support.
- Lead process improvements that increase team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Java full-stack development is required.
- Proficiency in Java full-stack development, including frontend and backend development.
- Knowledge of AngularJS, Java with Quarkus, PostgreSQL, Azure cloud infrastructure, Kafka, and Kubernetes.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with backend development, database integration, and application troubleshooting.
- Ability to optimize application performance across different environments.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, collaboration, mentoring, and conflict-resolution skills.
