Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 production support for enterprise Anaplan models and resolve incidents and service requests within SLAs and KPIs.
  • Monitor model performance, imports and exports, integrations, workflows, data synchronization jobs, and critical planning cycles.
  • Perform root-cause analysis for calculation issues, data mismatches, integration failures, access issues, and performance degradation.
  • Manage user access, security roles, selective access, workspace administration, capacity planning, and model lifecycle governance.
  • Optimize model size, sparsity, formulas, lists, hierarchies, modules, and calculations using DISCO and PLANS best practices.
  • Support integrations, data imports and exports, scheduled automation, reconciliation, and data pipeline issue resolution.
  • Support deployments, change migrations, post-release validation, UAT, regression testing, and emergency fixes.
  • Implement minor enhancements involving modules, dashboards, workflows, and calculation logic.
  • Maintain runbooks, SOPs, knowledge articles, troubleshooting documentation, naming conventions, and change-management records.
  • Act as the primary technical escalation point, mentor junior model builders, collaborate with business users and technical teams, and support training activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of Anaplan experience, including hands-on model building in complex supply chain environments.
  • Experience implementing Anaplan for demand planning or supply chain planning use cases.
  • Deep knowledge of Anaplan formulas, functions, model optimization, user access controls, administration, and planning processes such as forecasting, demand shaping, and S&OP.
  • Anaplan L3 certification or Solution Architect certification is required; Master Anaplanner certification is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of Polaris, Workflow, and Anaplan Data Orchestrator is advantageous, and experience with Polaris is a significant advantage.
  • Experience with data integration tools such as MuleSoft, SnapLogic, or Informatica is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
  • Experience with The Anaplan Way or other Agile methodologies, relevant industry backgrounds, forecasting algorithms, demand and supply planning KPIs, or Blue Yonder/JDA Demand/Supply Planning is preferred.
