Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Configure, develop, test, and maintain Enterprise Service Management platform functionality, primarily in ServiceNow.
- Develop forms, fields, workflows, Flow Designer flows, notifications, reports, dashboards, Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Script Includes.
- Identify and implement workflow automation, approvals, task routing, fulfillment processes, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
- Support AI-enabled ESM solutions, including prompts, AI workflows, intelligent routing, summarization, classification, knowledge assistance, virtual agents, and AI-assisted automation.
- Assist with integrations using REST APIs, JSON, IntegrationHub, web services, and enterprise applications.
- Support CMDB maintenance, data quality, normalization, relationships, automated population, reporting, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Troubleshoot platform, data, authentication, connectivity, and integration issues and support releases, upgrades, testing, and deployments.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate problems and requirements into practical solutions.
- Maintain technical and configuration documentation and follow development, security, testing, change-management, and governance standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and technical experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in application development, software development, automation, systems administration, or a related technical discipline.
- Basic understanding of programming, software development concepts, databases, data structures, APIs, and application integrations.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript or another modern programming or scripting language.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and learn new technologies.
- Preferred experience with ServiceNow or another enterprise service management platform, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, CMDB, IntegrationHub, scripting, JavaScript, REST APIs, JSON, HTML, CSS, or SQL.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification or progress toward certification is preferred.
- Preferred familiarity with ITIL, workflow automation, low-code/no-code development, generative AI, AI APIs, prompt engineering, AI agents, AI-enabled applications, Microsoft 365, Azure, Teams, or Intune.
