Base Salary
$155k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the customer's trusted technical advisor, aligning Workato's capabilities with their business objectives.
- Lead technical discovery, solution design, and validation phases of the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and other teams to drive technical sales stages to completion.
- Educate prospects on business and technical concepts related to our platform.
- Conduct product demonstrations tailored to enterprise use cases.
- Architect proposed solutions using the Workato platform for enterprise prospects.
- Manage technical workshops and proof of concepts (POCs).
- Assist new customers in achieving First Value on the platform.
- Respond to RFIs/RFPs regarding functional and technical elements.
- Channel field feedback to Product Management for product enhancements.
- Represent Workato at industry events and support marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- BA/BS or equivalent education; Computer Science degree is a plus.
- 5–7 years of pre-sales or solutions architecture experience in a SaaS organization.
- Hands-on experience with iPaaS, enterprise integration, or automation technologies.
- Experience working with Enterprise and Fortune 1000 customers in complex sales cycles.
- Familiarity with automation technologies, middleware, and integration architecture patterns.
- Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong understanding of enterprise application ecosystems including ERP, CRM, and HCM.
- Familiarity with AI and agentic automation concepts.
- Understanding of web technologies such as JSON, XML, and GraphQL.
- Ability to map technical solutions to business outcomes across various departments.
