Responsibilities
- Develop core functionality for Endor Labs’ application security platform, securing source code from the IDE through deployment.
- Build and optimize core services, including the API Gateway and API servers.
- Support diverse build and toolchain requirements in the dynamic cloud scan platform.
- Design and build tools used across Endor Labs teams.
- Apply observability best practices to improve product and platform reliability and availability.
- Work on AI code security solutions and use AI and automated code-generation tools to accelerate software delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- 3–5 years of software engineering experience.
- Approximately 3 years of experience programming in Golang, with deep experience in microservices and distributed architecture.
- Familiarity with build tools and toolchains such as Maven, pip, and npm.
- Experience with scalable distributed systems, microservices, domain-driven design, load balancing, and horizontal and vertical scaling strategies.
- Ability to discuss architectural trade-offs and guide teams toward effective solutions.
- Expertise in secure software design principles, including certificate management, OAuth2/OIDC, and secure changes, is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Lambda functions, or other cloud-native technologies is preferred.
- Knowledge of security, fraud prevention, and anomaly detection is preferred.
