Base Salary
$150k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver core product functionality that secures source code from IDE through deployment.
- Develop and optimize backend services, including the API Gateway and API servers, for scalability and reliability.
- Support diverse build and tool-chain requirements across the dynamic cloud scan platform.
- Build tools used across Endor Labs teams and apply observability practices to improve reliability and availability.
- Work on distributed systems and a sophisticated monorepo architecture while guiding architectural trade-offs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 3–5 years of experience.
- Approximately three years of Golang experience focused on microservices and distributed architecture.
- Experience with scalable distributed systems, domain-driven design, load balancing, and horizontal and vertical scaling strategies.
- Familiarity with build tools and tool chains such as Maven, pip, and npm.
- Preferred experience with secure software design, certificates, OAuth2/OIDC, Kubernetes, Docker, Lambda functions, security, fraud prevention, and anomaly detection.
- Ability to communicate architectural trade-offs, adapt to changing requirements, and use AI and automated code-generation tools effectively.

- Compensation range of $150,000–$200,000, with possible commission targets, restricted stock units, and/or bonuses.
