Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead the engineering strategy and roadmap for Sponsored Products Autonomous Campaigns.
- Design and implement scalable architecture for agent orchestration, tool invocation, state management, and feedback loops.
- Build reusable data and tool registries.
- Construct offline and online evaluation pipelines for agent reasoning, performance, safety, and business impact.
- Develop tuning pipelines and abstraction layers supporting hyperparameter tuning, reinforcement learning fine-tuning, and preference optimization.
- Implement observability, logging, metrics, alerting, tracing, and drift detection for agent behavior and model performance.
- Engineer resilience, fault isolation, autoscaling, batching, caching, resource allocation, concurrency control, and SLA compliance.
- Prototype and evaluate streaming inference, memory caching, reasoning-module chaining, and tool-embedding designs.
- Collaborate on design reviews, code reviews, system design, and cross-team architecture alignment.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 5 years of programming experience with one or more software programming languages.
- At least 5 years of experience leading the design or architecture of new and existing systems, including reliability and scaling.
- Experience mentoring, serving as a tech lead, or leading an engineering team.
- Experience with AI/ML technologies.
- Preferred: at least 5 years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.

- Base salary varies by location: $193,300-$261,500 in Palo Alto, $184,900-$250,200 in New York, and $168,100-$227,400 in Seattle.
