Responsibilities

Design and build scalable backend systems for observability, architecture modeling, and recommendation engines.
Develop services that identify architecture patterns and provide actionable visibility to users.
Integrate LLM-based and multi-agent intelligence into platform workflows and generative planning features.
Implement monitoring, observability layers, fault-tolerant workflows, and resilience patterns for mission-critical services.
Collaborate with product managers, AI researchers, and technical leadership to translate requirements into platform capabilities.
Contribute to a collaborative engineering culture by sharing technical learnings.

At least 4 years of backend engineering experience building production-grade systems at startups or technology companies.
Proven experience building scalable distributed systems and microservices architectures, preferably in 0-to-1 product environments.
Expertise in Go or Python and commitment to clean, idiomatic, maintainable code.
Hands-on experience with data pipelines, observability systems, and monitoring infrastructure for production services.
Deep knowledge of DevOps tooling, infrastructure-as-code, and cloud-native technologies.
Experience integrating or building LLM-based systems, AI workflows, or multi-agent architectures.
Strong performance tuning, debugging, and technical architecture design abilities.
Experience with fault-tolerant workflow design and resilience patterns in mission-critical services.
Prior startup experience and comfort working autonomously with ownership.
Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor or similar.
Strong computer science fundamentals.
Graduate-level education and experience with cloud architecture, infrastructure optimization, or technology stack modernization are preferred or advantageous.
