Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain QA automation frameworks and automated test suites for Identity Governance capabilities.
  • Build AI-driven test automation that generates scenarios, expands test coverage, identifies defects, analyzes failures, and improves testing efficiency.
  • Create automated validation for AI agents, tools, MCP servers, workflows, APIs, enterprise integrations, and end-to-end customer scenarios.
  • Perform and automate functional, integration, regression, performance, security, and end-to-end testing.
  • Develop automation for test failure analysis, defect detection, root-cause identification, and regression analysis.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Support, Product, Security, and customer-facing teams to reproduce issues and deliver regression coverage.
  • Validate AI agent performance, usage, operational health, security, and reliability across supported platforms and integrations.
  • Implement validation for logging, metrics, monitoring, observability, operational requirements, and compliance requirements.
  • Evaluate emerging AI testing, agentic automation, interoperability, MCP, and Agent-to-Agent technologies.
  • Document technical designs, test strategies, automation frameworks, implementation details, and QA engineering practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, QA automation, test engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Strong programming experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and/or Java.
  • Strong proficiency with Google Cloud, AWS, and cloud-based distributed systems testing and troubleshooting.
  • Experience building and maintaining scalable QA automation frameworks and test harnesses using Jest, Playwright, Cypress, or equivalent technologies.
  • Ability to rapidly create test harnesses, adapt automation to new architectures, and improve test coverage and execution efficiency.
  • Experience owning test strategy and inventory across exploratory, functional, regression, mini-regression, end-to-end, and release validation testing.
  • Ability to analyze failures, create reproducible scenarios, collaborate on root-cause analysis, report test and release status, and drive high-quality releases.
