Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and verification of autonomy solutions for defense.
- Write perception and planning algorithms to optimize system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of learning.
- Prototype and deploy state-of-the-art ML algorithms for defense use cases.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Experience developing autonomous vehicle solutions for aerospace and defense.
- End-to-end development cycle experience of deep learning models.
- Expertise in modeling, input pipelines, evaluation, deployment, and optimization.
- 5+ years of experience in building production software using modern practices.
- Fluency in C++ or Python with intermediate C++ experience.
- Ability to hold UK Security Clearance.
