Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, implementation, and delivery.
- Establish development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Perform JVM tuning and low-latency performance optimization for Project Aegis NFRI control requirements.
- Mentor development teams, facilitate knowledge sharing, and promote best practices.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate and deliver software solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Java Standard Edition.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong experience designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
- In-depth understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Ability to optimize application performance and ensure code quality through testing and reviews.
- Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration processes.
- Ability to work independently and serve as a subject matter expert.
