Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction, architecture, and delivery of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design and implementation while establishing development standards and best practices.
- Perform Java low-latency engineering, JVM tuning, and application performance optimization.
- Ensure software quality, scalability, and performance through testing, reviews, and troubleshooting.
- Mentor team members, facilitate knowledge sharing, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Provide technical solutions independently and contribute to team discussions and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Java Standard Edition.
- Strong experience designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
- In-depth understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Ability to optimize application performance and ensure code quality through testing and reviews.
- Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration processes.
- Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing effective solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education.
