Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end design, development, deployment, and evolution of ServiceNow solutions.
Customize and model workflows using Flow Designer and advanced scripting.
Use Java to build independent, high-performance extensions to the ServiceNow framework.
Develop and maintain REST interfaces connecting ServiceNow with third-party systems.
Design and validate architectures for complex self-hosted dependencies and metadata orchestration.
Analyze stakeholder needs and translate them into user stories, technical workflows, and implemented solutions.
Conduct peer reviews, write unit tests, document solutions, and maintain engineering quality.
Support re-engineering of migration and update processes, including installer-payload analysis.

Degree in (Business) Informatics or comparable IT training with several years of high-level professional experience.
Proven ServiceNow development experience with JavaScript scripting, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Flow Designer.
Strong Java development skills and the ability to analyze complex logic and implement high-performance solutions.
At least one of Certified System Administrator, Certified ServiceNow Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM, or Certified Implementation Specialist for CSM.
Business-level English proficiency; German language skills are advantageous.
Experience designing architectures for complex self-hosted environments is advantageous.
Experience with re-engineering migration and update processes is advantageous.
Experience analyzing and using undocumented Java interfaces or internal classes for deep core integration is advantageous.
ITIL4 Foundation, Certified Technical Architect, or Certified Master Architect certification is advantageous.
