Responsibilities
- Identify and execute improvements to the code base for faster and safer AI agent operations.
- Collaborate with engineers in a low-process, trust-based environment.
- Leverage AI to create documentation and specifications for team guidance.
- Orchestrate AI agents to build new features from UX to database with minimal oversight.
- Design scalable solutions and foundational patterns for launching new portals.
- Work directly with PMs and business partners to define the technical roadmap.
- Provide and receive feedback in a diverse team setting for professional growth.
Requirements
- Proven ability to navigate and improve unknown code bases quickly.
- Demonstrated experience directing AI agents and automated workflows.
- Expertise in designing technical guardrails and automated feedback loops.
- Strong product thinking with a focus on customer experience.
- Experience or willingness to learn distributed system development in Scala.
