Base Salary
$230k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead early-stage discovery with non-technical executives and scope engagements across AI, forecasting, automation, decision support, and platform integration
- Own senior client relationships from discovery through production adoption, including scope, timelines, and expectations
- Architect custom systems across AI, optimization, simulation, and decision-support workflows with the engineering team
- Support pre-sales conversations and client pitches with technical credibility
- Identify bespoke customer work that should become reusable product capability
- Mentor engineers and raise the team’s technical execution standards
- Lead engagements end-to-end and manage technical and client-facing work streams
Requirements
- 10+ years of customer-facing technical experience in consulting, enterprise software, or forward-deployed engineering
- Strong record of leading ambiguous client initiatives from discovery through delivery
- Deep expertise in Python, SQL, system design, and analytical application architecture
- Strong applied AI or ML experience
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including proposal writing, engagement scoping, and difficult client situations
- Experience leading complex end-to-end engagements across technical and client-facing work streams
- Comfort working with senior, non-technical clients and translating vague problems into credible technical plans
- Preferred experience with the Snowflake AI Data Platform
- Preferred experience in finance, private markets, capital markets, fund administration, or enterprise decision systems
- Preferred experience with optimization, probabilistic systems, simulation engines, or mathematical modeling platforms
- Preferred experience turning bespoke client systems into reusable product or platform primitives
