Base Salary
$230k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead early-stage client discovery and translate ambiguous needs into structured proposals.
- Manage senior client relationships from initial discovery through production adoption.
- Architect custom systems in collaboration with the engineering team.
- Support sales by providing technical credibility in pre-sales conversations.
- Identify opportunities to turn bespoke customer work into reusable product capabilities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of customer-facing technical experience in consulting or enterprise software.
- Strong track record of leading ambiguous client initiatives from discovery to delivery.
- Deep expertise in Python, SQL, system design, and analytical application architecture.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with the Snowflake AI Data Platform is a plus.
