Responsibilities
- Work directly with clients and internal teams to understand business problems, define AI use cases, and shape technical solutions.
- Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions integrating foundation-model services with enterprise platforms, data platforms, and internal systems.
- Prototype, iterate, and deploy AI-enabled workflows, agents, copilots, and automations in operational environments.
- Act as the technical bridge among product, engineering, data, business stakeholders, clients, and partners.
- Drive solution architecture covering prompt and workflow design, API integrations, orchestration, enterprise knowledge integration, and security, privacy, and governance.
- Own solutions from concept through prototype, production, and iteration with accountability for quality, reliability, and outcomes.
- Provide technical leadership and best practices for responsible, secure, and scalable AI deployment.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of software engineering experience using Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, or Java, including API integration and distributed production systems.
- At least 2 years of experience with modern AI/ML platforms, foundation-model providers, workflow orchestration or agent frameworks, and enterprise platforms.
- At least 10 years of experience translating high-level business needs into technical designs and implementations in large enterprise organizations or professional services firms.
- At least 10 years of client-facing communication and collaboration experience, including leading technical discussions, workshops, or delivery sessions under ambiguity.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent, or equivalent work experience; an associate's degree requires at least 6 years of work experience.
- Strong engineering depth, communication skills, comfort with ambiguity, and a product-minded builder's approach.
