Base Salary
$89k - $207k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical delivery for customer Conversational AI pilots and establish initial Customer User Journeys at customer sites.
- Transform conversational prototypes into production-ready, scalable, secure AI systems across the full engineering lifecycle.
- Build evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks for agentic workloads, including reasoning loops, tool selection, latency, security, and networking.
- Architect and implement conversational flows connecting Google's Conversational AI products with customer APIs, legacy data silos, and security perimeters.
- Develop multi-agent systems, MCP servers, agent logic, enterprise knowledge-base integrations, and optimized RAG chunking.
- Collaborate with customer engineering teams on development practices and identify reusable field patterns or product improvements.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of software development experience using Python or similar programming languages.
- Experience serving as a lead developer for complex Conversational AI and CX applications and converting prototypes into production-grade agentic workflows.
- Experience architecting AI systems on cloud platforms such as GCP.
- Experience deploying agents, functions, or networking resources with Terraform or similar tools.
- Experience building full-stack applications integrated with enterprise IT infrastructure and delivering external customer projects.
- Experience with multi-agent systems, ReAct, self-reflection, agent debugging, tool-selection optimization, and tracing conversation IDs across services.
- Experience connecting agents to enterprise knowledge bases and optimizing RAG chunking to reduce hallucinations.
