Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead technical delivery for Conversational AI pilots and customer user journeys at customer sites.
- Transform conversational prototypes into secure, scalable, production-ready agentic workflows and end-to-end solutions.
- Build evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks for agentic workloads, including reasoning loops, tool selection, latency, security, and networking optimization.
- Architect integrations between Google's Conversational AI products and customer APIs, legacy data silos, infrastructure, and security perimeters.
- Deploy agents, functions, and networking resources using Terraform or similar tools.
- Identify repeatable field patterns and friction points and convert them into reusable modules or engineering product requests.
- Co-build with customer engineering teams and establish Google-grade development practices for long-term adoption and project success.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of software development experience using Python or similar coding languages.
- Experience leading development of complex Conversational AI and customer experience applications from prototypes to production-grade agentic workflows.
- Experience architecting AI systems on cloud platforms such as GCP.
- Experience deploying cloud resources with Terraform or similar infrastructure automation tools.
- Experience building full-stack applications that integrate with enterprise IT infrastructure and delivering external customer projects.
- Experience implementing multi-agent systems using frameworks such as ReAct and self-reflection.
- Experience debugging agent logic, optimizing tool selection, and tracing conversation IDs across microservices.
- Experience connecting agents to enterprise knowledge bases and optimizing RAG chunking to reduce hallucinations.
- Strong understanding of software engineering, machine learning operations, and cloud infrastructure.
