Base Salary
$89k - $207k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and deployment of conversational AI and agentic AI solutions.
- Design and implement multi-agent systems, conversational workflows, and AI-powered customer experience solutions.
- Build integrations between AI platforms and enterprise APIs, legacy systems, data platforms, and security frameworks.
- Develop evaluation pipelines, observability frameworks, and monitoring solutions for AI system performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and optimize agent behavior, reasoning workflows, tool selection, latency, and system efficiency.
- Use Terraform or similar Infrastructure as Code tools to automate cloud deployments and networking configurations.
- Partner with customer engineering teams to deliver AI solutions and promote engineering best practices.
- Create reusable frameworks and accelerators and recommend product improvements based on recurring implementation patterns.
Requirements
- Experience developing software with Python or similar programming languages.
- Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform and cloud-native architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform or similar Infrastructure as Code tools.
- Expertise designing and deploying AI/ML applications in production environments.
- Experience building full-stack applications integrated with enterprise systems and customer-facing platforms.
- Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, networking, security, and system integrations.
- Experience with MLOps, monitoring, logging, and observability frameworks.
- Preferred: master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Preferred: experience with ReAct, self-reflection, agent orchestration patterns, RAG, vector databases, and enterprise knowledge base integrations.
- Preferred: experience debugging AI agents, optimizing tool selection, tracing distributed workflows, and supporting high-volume customer-facing production systems.
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
