Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow solutions across enterprise modules and custom applications.
- Implement intelligent workflows and AI-powered automation using Now Assist, GenAI Skills, AI Agents, AI Search, Predictive Intelligence, Flow Designer, and Virtual Agent.
- Develop scoped applications and configure workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes, catalogs, and integrations.
- Build enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and external systems.
- Translate functional and technical requirements into scalable solutions and contribute to reusable integration frameworks and accelerators.
- Conduct testing, debugging, defect resolution, technical troubleshooting, peer reviews, governance activities, and platform release support.
- Support solution design workshops, deployment, UAT, hypercare, post-production stabilization, and global technology strategy initiatives.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant ServiceNow platform development experience.
- Hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer in enterprise or consulting environments.
- Expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
- Experience with at least two ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, Service Catalog, or Custom Applications.
- Experience with Now Assist, GenAI Skills, AI Agents or Agentic Workflows, AI Search, and Predictive Intelligence.
- Experience with enterprise integrations, automation use cases, scoped applications, update sets, CI/CD, and ServiceNow best practices.
- Familiarity with A2A and MCP-based AI integration approaches is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, debugging, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Preferred exposure to CRM workflows, customer operations, AWS or Azure, low-code/no-code workflow automation, Agile/Scrum delivery, and DevOps and release management processes.
- Preferred certifications include CSA, CAD, CIS Data Foundation—CMDB/CSDM, and AI or GenAI micro-certifications.
