Responsibilities
- Design web pages and sites using templates and style guides.
- Develop and maintain SharePoint Online (M365) solutions and Power Platform integrations.
- Publish and manage content on Drupal and M365 websites.
- Gather requirements and support client demos.
- Perform testing (unit, regression, accessibility) for releases.
- Handle rapid-turnaround publishing requests.
- Participate in on-call rotation (~1 week/month) for after-hours support.
- Troubleshoot issues with internal teams and Microsoft support.
- Monitor platform updates and recommend solutions.
- Ensure compliance with Section 508 accessibility standards.
- Collaborate on USWDS (U.S. Web Design System) initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years of web design/publishing experience.
- 3–5 years of experience with M365, SharePoint Online, Power Platform.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (jQuery, Bootstrap).
- Experience with Drupal (preferred) and responsive design.
- Knowledge of Section 508 accessibility.
- Experience with testing and requirements documentation.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and layouts.
- Portfolio of web design work required.
