Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of features from product discovery through deployment, monitoring, and adoption analysis.
- Architect and design a robust, scalable platform for surfacing AI insights and supporting agentic code development.
- Build responsive user interfaces and complex backend systems for modern web applications.
- Make strategic and tactical technology decisions and serve as a technical leader for the team.
- Champion pragmatic architecture, product-minded engineering, quality, and reliable delivery.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience at Staff or Senior level, owning initiatives end to end and mentoring junior engineers.
- Track record of operating SaaS solutions at scale and making pragmatic architectural trade-offs.
- Deep full-stack experience building and scaling modern web applications.
- Strong product mindset and accountability for business and user outcomes.
- Ability to build reliable, scalable web applications and adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Experience with Svelte and Python is relevant; deep experience with React, Vue, Node, or Go is also welcomed.
