Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end technical delivery within an autonomous squad, from design through deployment and optimization.
- Own a product area and ensure its performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
- Architect and build enterprise-grade SaaS applications using event-driven and microservices-based architectures.
- Collaborate with product, design, and operations to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Champion clean architecture, testing, CI/CD, observability, and secure coding practices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship through peer reviews, design discussions, and shared ownership.
- Identify and lead improvements across systems and engineering processes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on software development experience with demonstrated technical leadership.
- Strong full-stack expertise with TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
- Front-end proficiency with Vue.js and Angular.
- Deep understanding of microservices and event-driven architecture.
- Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including MongoDB.
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud-native development.
- Experience tuning application performance and applying security best practices.
- Strong communication, collaboration, independence, and ability to lead through influence.
