Responsibilities
- Align and support continuous integration and continuous deployment across application lifecycles.
- Plan and execute DevOps pipelines covering planning, coding, building, testing, staging, release, configuration, and monitoring.
- Manage IT infrastructure and onboard and configure applications on DevOps tools according to client requirements.
- Build and customize DevOps tools, including coding and scripting integrations with operating systems and production infrastructure.
- Create user-access workflows and provision access according to defined processes.
- Automate testing and deployment in DevOps environments.
- Provide support to internal and external customers using DevOps tools and resolve tickets within specified turnaround times.
- Troubleshoot critical and recurring issues, perform root-cause analysis, and follow escalation procedures when needed.
Requirements
- Mandatory Google Cloud DevOps skills.
- 3–5 years of professional experience.
- Ability to collaborate with development teams on coding and scripting for software releases and production infrastructure.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide timely customer support.
