Responsibilities
- Lead application systems analysis and programming activities in coordination with the Technology team.
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications.
- Build scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.
- Develop responsive frontend interfaces using Angular or React.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Debug and resolve technical issues across the application stack.
- Implement and maintain database schemas and queries.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
Requirements
- 13+ years of relevant programming experience.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and Node.js.
- Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ message brokers.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
- Experience with Oracle and other database technologies.
- Familiarity with Hibernate or JPA ORM frameworks.
- Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD tools including Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture, state management libraries, DevOps practices, and testing frameworks such as JUnit and Selenium.
- Bachelor’s degree or university degree, or equivalent experience.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, communication, teamwork, and Agile/Scrum collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of LoanIQ SDK is an added advantage.
